We are a Scop of 10 partners-employees. Our team works according to the principles of the Agile Manifesto and is based on Holacracy governance.
Our job is to support organizations that wish to be efficient, while respecting the balance between the people who compose them and their environment. We are now 4 certified coaches in Holacracy. We also provide seminars, trainings, and conflict mediations.
Each organization is unique and is built by its experiences. We asked ourselves the question of why we work a long time ago. We updated our purpose last summer : to be an integrative organization. It is our way of assuming our role as a company with a mission within society. This path is the fruit of interactions between us and our clients and partners, and is also tinged with influences, failures, encounters and successes.
