Learning Holacracy isn’t just like learning a new language, it actually is learning a new language. And for the most part, the new words you need to know, like “Accountability,” and, “Domain” are defined in the Holacracy constitution.
However, the constitution doesn’t provide a complete list. So, I wrote an updated set of definitions for practitioners that I think has four advantages:
- It integrates both 4.1 and 5.0 versions of the constitution to provide one shared resource.
- It adds helpful terms that do not appear in the constitution. (e.g. “Pitch”).
- It includes some practical guidance, examples, and when relevant, historical context.
- It acts as a central hub to organize additional information as well as interconnections between terms.
I hope you find it helpful.
