Experiential Workshop (Online)

Holacracy is a comprehensive practice for governing and running our organizations - a new organizational operating system. With its transformative structure and processes, Holacracy integrates the collective wisdom of people throughout the company, while aligning the organization with its broader purpose and a more organic way of operating. The result is dramatically increased agility, transparency, innovation, and accountability. Holacracy takes the principles, ideas, and emerging mindset articulated by cutting-edge thought leaders, and instills them in the actual structures and processes of the organization. It grounds them in practice and brings them to life.

This thorough and experiential introduction to Holacracy covers all of its core components through interactive presentation, hands-on exercises, and immersive simulations.

Learning Objectives

In this training, participants will:
  • Experience Holacracy in action via hands-on exercises and immersive simulations
  • Gain a deeper awareness of habits and practices that come from a "Predict & Control" mindset, and get a first-hand feel for Holacracy's "Dynamic Steering" alternatives
  • Experience the Integrative Decision-Making process used in Holacracy's transformative Governance Meetings
  • Interactively explore Holacracy's self-organizing structure and double-linking paradigm, and learn how it scales across organizations small and large
  • Experience Holacracy's lightning-quick, action-focused Tactical Meetings
  • Learn the structure behind Holacracy's purpose-driven board, and see the broader vision for scaling Holacracy across multiple organizations and broader society
  • Connect the dots to see Holacracy's end-to-end approach for moving from aim to action, and understand how it can ground the most abstract purpose in concrete next-actions to reach it
